babl. Baby Boutique is an online based store in Cape Town, South Africa.
Turn Around Times
Each handmade product is crafted with love and precision. Our turnaround time for creating these special creations is 2-5 days. Once crafted, you have the option to either pick up your order or anticipate its delivery within 1-4 days. Please confirm your preferred choice during checkout.
Shipping Option
- We have partnered with Pudo for all our shipping needs.
- Flat shipping rate of R60.
- Free delivery when spending R 700 or more.
Pickup Option
- Pickup location: Wynberg, Cape Town.
- Pickup times: Monday to Thursday from 08:00-13:00
- Pickup day and time must be communicated before collection.
Returns & Exchanges
All our products are quality checked before leaving the studio. However, if you receive an item that you're not happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel so that we can work out the best way to resolve any issues.
